Build multiple function macro which conditioanally filters value in column and plots them

Hi everyone...

i m new to this forum ..and to macro building as well ... and i need guidance regarding macro building with certain requirements.

i have a table having four columns (A-D) .. ColD has values (0-90) ColB has many string values lets say names which are occuring variably ..

what i need is to plot graph with macro code but with values and ranges changing as per available in table in both x /y axis... secondly some times the table may not contain certain string value so i need a conditional plotting depending on occurence only..

till now i tried combinations of vlookup and countifs following two issue occur:

1.graph becomes incomplete with range of values changing which are out of range.
2.if x axis value[String] in graph didnt occur .. graph distorts ... as no value is there to plot... !!
