Scroll Bar to scroll columns horizontally

Hi All-

I'm making this request because I'm stumped...

I had a request in my department to add a scroll bar to the top of one of the worksheet to aid folks in not having to go down to the bottom of the page a use the intended scroll bar. Lazy...I know! With that said I thought it could be done rather easily. Well, now I'm not sure where to go. Please help!

My spreadsheet has the columns frozen from a to J. We need to be able to scroll the remaining columns from K to infinity. I tried a form control scroll bar and an active X scroll bar. Not sure where to put it or how to write the code at this point.
