Copy Data from one sheet to other to change data layout

Hello:

I am trying to copy large amount of data from sheet1 to sheet2 to change the data layout.

Please refer to attached sheet which shows the result i need in sheet2 (i have manually copied)


Look for digit number like 1,2,3,4,5 and so on in Column A of Sheet1.
Once found, copy data from column A to I for that particular row in Sheet2 starting at cell A2.
Copy the next 2 row (1st 2 column) of data in sheet2 column J,K,L,M as shown in sheet2.

I would appreciate if someone can help with this ASAP.
