consolidate the results into a separate test matrix

Hi Peeps,

I have created many test plans, I would like to consolidate the results into a separate test matrix document I have managed to do one via copy and paste special but this doesn't consider results from the other documents and I dont know how to add the data together, can anyone help. Please see attached
