New Font Color for New User

Hi there,
I'm a new to the forum and hoping to get some help.

I'm looking for a code that defines a font color for a user. The user is defined by his network directory id or outlook email address.

I have a form that needs to be filled out by 2 people and I want to know which parts of the form were checkmarked by which person.
Hoping it's possible to assign a font color if the form sees the directory user.
