Help with 2010 Macros. Break records to individual rows.

Given below is an example of what I am trying to do

Package Name | Package Receiver | Shipping Ways | Shipping Preference | Shipping Ways | Shipping Preference | Shipping Ways | Shipping Preference

Alex.....................Ben..........................Air......................Rail........................Air.....................Road.......................Road.................Air
Sean....................Steve.......................Rail.....................Road......................Air.....................Road.......................Road.................Air


I want each Package name to have individual rows for each "Shipping Ways | Shipping Preference". For e.g. Alex should have 3 rows/record which show 1 Shipping Ways and Shipping preference on each row instead of all the listings on 1 single row.

How can I break the 3 records of Shipping ways and Shipping preference into each row?
