Selecting Range by using 2 Defined Rows

Hello Everyone,

I apologize if this question already has a thread but I've been searching and haven't found anything that would help me. I'm looking to select (and copy) a range using 2 defined rows. For example, if I had a row defined as "FirstRow" and another defined as "LastRow", how would I code my macro to select columns A through G from the FirstRow to the LastRow?
