Filter and fill left

Hi

I am trying to filter column D for all the cells that are "not blank". I would like to to fill left the content up to column B.

I got the filtering part to work but i cannot figure out the piece of VBA CODE that will allow me to select what is filtered and fill left .

Any help is greatly apreciated,
