Adding Multiple Selected Option Text to a common Text Box.

Hi,

I am new to VBA. I Have designed 2 Frames that has couple of Option buttons when clicked the Option Button, The Text Appearing next to the Option button is pasted into the Text Box 7 (Example attached file).
However If I select the second option button the first message is not appearing. What I would like to do is that I should be able to pick multiple options if required and all the options should be copied to the Text Box7 in my Form. And also I would like to add The Command Button Text and then the clicked option: For Example:

ALERTS: Add Mismatch and DOB Mismatch some this like this.

Any help in providing the code will be highly appreciated.
