Data Validation - Change Event help needed.

Dear all,

Regarding Data Validation.

I have two columns of Data. See Grades and Names columns.

Data Validation for Grades List and Names List

I need your help to Code the following scenario:
* If Grade is changed, then Name List should get empty.
*After Selecting Name List, then we shouldn't allow to change the Grade.
