VBA Macro to insert number of rows on a different worksheet based on varying values

I have tried writing different bits of code for what I need, but nothing seems to work like I think it will. I need to write a macro that will assess the values in column A of Sheet2 for being >1, and if the value is greater than 1, insert blank rows in the corresponding location in Sheet1. The number of blank rows needs to be determined by Column B of Sheet2. Sorry if this is unclear, I'm almost as new to VBA as I am to this forum.
