create a hyperlink to open a new file

I have created an user manual outline with testing activities and I have tried to create hyperlinks to the page where the tesng activities are written. They are written on a word doc and saved on my local desktop.

i created hyperlinks to the files but of course when it is emailed out - the hyperlinks do not work. Is there a code I can use - please assist:

I attached a sample excel file with the first sheet containing the outline with the hyperlinks on it and the second sheet was copied from a Word doc to show the data that it needs to point to. Thanks
