Macro for hyperlinking cells on master sheet

Hi:

I have a master worksheet ("Dashboard") with 400 other worksheets, each labeled "Contact #" where # is 1-400. In Dashboard, I have the names of each contact worksheet (Contact 1 to Contact 400) listed in cells b3:b402. I would like to link each cell (b3:b402) to cell b1 in its corresponding worksheet, without having to do this one by one.

Is there macro for this? I've tried looking but can't seem identify one.
