Split minutes between 2 time range

Hello:

Please refer to attached sheet.

I will be ok with either VB Code or formula.

C2 is ClockIn time for employee.
D2 is ClockOut time for employee.

I want to split this into minutes in each hour as shown in cell D9:D14

Please let me know if any questions.
