placing a title at the bottom of the screen

Hi Everyone

In excel 2003 I know you could put a title at the bottom of the screen i.e. created by Michael Fairhurst (see attachment for the location of this). If I remember correctly this was done via a macro. does any one know how to do this in excel 2010?

My spreadsheet is also attached if you want to give it a go
