Macro to remove extra blank rows

Is it possible to create a macro to format my data like the attached worksheet? In the attached worksheet, I have two tabs, one named, “Export Data”, and the other named “Formatted”. I would like to format my data so that it removes extra blank spaces in my file. I really appreciate it if you could help me.
