Counting cells within a row

Hello,

I am very new to VBA. I'm trying to make a macro and part of it involves counting the number of cells within a row. What I am looking for is some code that counts the number of cells within a row that has an indefinite length. The content of the cells has the format "LastName FirstName (XX/XXX-XX).
