Archiving data are updated every minute from the web

Goodnight my problem is this:

I have data from the stock exchange in mexico, these data are updated from the web every minute, my problem is that I would like to know how I can go keeping the data that appear in each update, this to generate a history of these data, this data in specific is the price of the shares.
