Userform help

I have a workbook with 4 sheets, one contains a button that opens a userform with a textbox and a search button the other sheets are my data.
What i want is to enter a customer name into the textbox, click search and the customer details must extract from the individual sheets and display on the userform as un-editable data, i'm a excel newbie, could someone assist with this please
