Insert rows based on a value in a cell and copy the data down into the new rows

I am trying to find a VBA that can copy and insert rows based upon a value found in each row. I attached an excel workbook containing 2 sheets. The first sheet is the data sheet and the second sheet shows what I need the VBA program to do. Essentially column 13 has the quantity for the total duplicate rows (row 2 needs to have a total of 4 duplicate rows, row 3 needs to have a total of 2 duplicate rows, etc). Any help would be appreciated.
