How to copy data from multiple workbooks to new workbook and no data loss..or no overlap..

Hi all ,

Need help with below case.

i got 5 workbooks and from these workbooks I need to copy data from second sheet's to new workbook.
1. copy from the 1st workbook data from second sheet to new workbook.
2. Now need to copy the second workbook second sheet data to the same new workbook after the data that is copied from first workbook.
3. No data collision or loss.
4. all the 5 workbooks + new work book are present in the same folder.
5. every time I change the 5 work books content I should automatically reflect in new work book.
waiting for the solution...
