Link to specific cell using the cell value

Hi experts,

Please help me out in this task.

Attached sample file.

I need to create a direct link to particular cell using the value of cell.

Eg.
I have a Emp. code and Emp. Name in A2:B15
And I have Emp. History from A20
I need shortcut key link to reach the Emp. History using the help of Emp. Code and Emp. Name

To me more clear I have attached the sample file. Please have a look and help me out in this task.
