Read Chinese Characters From VBA

Hi,
I have an excel file in which I have some rows with chinese characters. I have to create a word document from VBA. Everything is fine but when I am writing chinese characters it is showing me "?" Question mark instead of text. I stepped into the code and found that VBA is not reading chienese characters.

Kindly help me to do this as this is very urgent for me thanks.
