Formula and VBA code to identify first row of agent data

In advance I'd like to say thanks for looking and helping me to resolve this problem.

I'm fairly new to Excel and find myself in an important role in work that needs someone Excel savvy. Why did they pick me??? Any-who....

Please refer to attachment - I have extracted sample of the data that I'm extracting from works system.

I need formula/code to search through each line, identify new agent, copy and paste into a different location within the spreadsheet.

For example, starting at row 3, copy and paste agent name, scheduled activity and start time as shown for Maryam Abdi and paste in to sheet 2. Then need to search until you get to next agent Kasim Aftab and copy and paste same 3 columns under Maryam in same worksheet. I then need the code to continue through the rest of the data - identifying new agent and transferring first line of info.
