If cell middle parts are matched ,that cell highlight

hi, in my excel sheet data available in column "A" to "H" in below format..

As a example i have highlighted 4 cells in two colors..each highlighted cells after first "/" & last "/" data is same. (/ SF-880 / 402PP /)..other orange highlighted cell also same (/ AS-38881 / 203 / ).

My requirement is any data cells middle part (as per my example) is same that cells need to highlight.(each set different colors).pls make macro for this.thanks in advance..
