Copying data based on criteria

Dear Gurus,

I stacked with small problem as new to VBA coding. I need a macro which will copy data from initial table, but taking into account pre-defined "code".

Thank you in advance for any ideas which can helps. Example in attachment with my manual solution + color coding for better understanding.
