Creating a macros that when the master is edited the other worksheets reflect that change

Hello,
Here is my problem, I have a workbook with thirteen tabs reflecting an annual schedule. This annual schedule changes by entities, effective dates, and notes are added or changed. I have to send out quarterly reports that include the months in that same quarter excluding the current month. For example, if it were January I would send out reports for April, July, and October (the current or effective date/month is excluded, in this case January). In February I would send out reports for May, August, and November.

With that being said, I have set up one tab named Annual list (Master or full year) and a tab for each month of the year, which includes all of the corresponding months that align with that quarters reports. So each monthly tab includes the three months of the year excluding the effective or current month. Is there a way to format or run a macros that when I update the Annual or Master list it will also update each of the respective months, including adding or removing columns/rows in the other worksheets?
