I am in the process of preparing an allocation tracker with random selections and I have enclosed a template of the same. Let me explain the sheets given in the template.
Dump - This is where I go and paste all the daily inflow
Allocation - Associates has to open this excel sheet (not shared) and go into Dump sheet and click on any given random numbers given in the Dump sheet i.e 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50. Based on the selection excel automatically selects random IDs and throw the information into sheet Allocation.
Exported - Once associate copy pasted the allocation numbers into his/her excel sheet, he/she has to click on "Export" button, so the excel should automatically exports all the selected ID's in to Exported sheet along with their user id and this allocation sheet should be left empty.
Exported sheet should be password protected, so no one can make changes into it. End of the day, if we complete all the inflow, dump sheet should be left empty, allocation sheet should be left empty and the exported sheet should show all the inflow along with the person's user id who has picked up the respective ID's.
I am new to excel VBA and I need help to create this tracker.
