[SOLVED] Average amounts associated with name in different column

I have a VBA code which gives me this workbook output, what I'm trying to figure out at this point is how to average the cost per hour in column D based on the Bidder in column E. So in this instance we have ALBY and NATH as the bidders, each of them with various $/hr amounts. I need something to look at what bidders exist in the sheet, other bidders may exist and these may not exist in future outputs, and average their $/hr to be output starting in column I, row 4, with their name displayed in column H, row 4 for the first row 5 for the second, etc...

I'm going to keep scouring the forum for something similar, any suggestions would be fantastic!
