automating raw data into excel templates

hey,
i have some raw data that i want excel to automatically format into templates.
my sources of data all come in a variety of formats.

Is there a way i can do this? is there some tutorials i can read/learn?
or can someone help me out. if this is a big job i would consider paying for services.
