Macro to create a button in z coloumn for each row that contains data and link a macro

Hello,

I would require a macro to Create a button Named Create on Z coloumn of each row in size of that cell.
The button must be created only when it meets the criteria that there should be some content Coloumn B of that row.
& Each Button should be assigned Macro which is pre defined to create a new file.

Can any one help me with this?
