[SOLVED] How can i find team name from above and count the averige of goals

Hi

i want to put a formula in e1825. It should find ny rangers from column b and count the averige of goals/game. Goals are in column c. The formula should be the way that i can drag it up so that in e1824 it counts the averige of goals/game to ottawa and so on.
Notice that i only want to count the averige goal number from the games that are above the certain e cell. For examble in e1800 i want to count winnibeg averige goal number from the games from rows 1 to 1800.
