Macro to insert values in a range

Hi. I need a macro that allows me to input the value "0.1" in cells specific range over 12 sheets called with month sheets (Janueary, February, etc). Then i need another macro that erases all values in that range that have value number "0.1" leaving the previous ones untouched.
I attached a sample file that shows what i need. In sample i need to input the value "0.1" in cells range B3 to E25 without replacing the one that have values in them. Then i need antoher macro to delete the values with "0.1" again but leaving the previous ones untouched. This is for month sheets. For TT i need something else, but for now its only this.
