macro: The number next to name increases by one

Hello,

i'm trying to write a macro but i can't find function which could help me.

Everything should look like this:

I have two sheets:

In Sheet1 when i enter the name in A1 and press the commandbutton next to it

macro should find that name in sheet2 on column A and increase the number next to it on column B in the same row by one.

I'd be very grateful if someone could help me ;/ sorry for bad english :/
