Add Delete Names using macro

I have First name and last name in one excel workbook and my requirement is to have three buttons which is Add,Delete ad Export. If I click Add button it should ask for first name and second name of the person to be added if i click ok then the person should be added in the respective workbook and if i click export the names in the workbook should get added in another new work book . Similarly for delete action also.
Is there any way to do this ? Help me to solve this issue
