Dear all,
Here is a challenge that has disturbed me for 3 days; I have a database taking record of days worked by laborers on a site. I have a sample of the exported files from ACCESS to EXCEL from which I want my summary to be generated. I have tried using the LOOK UP, and IFS functions but I have failed to make it do what I want it to do.
I want to be able to automatically generate reports as in sheets "Summary G1", and "Summary G2" returning information from the highlighted columns in sheet laabelled "Data sheet" Specifically taking into consideration that the person has not been paid, for a particular task. I want it to return a name if the last a user enters that he has been paid. It will also be great if the date when this summary is created is added so that when it is updated on the last date of modification of entries in the "Data sheet".
Can these also be made recurrent so that they can be generated for an infinite number of times?--I have a great number of gangs. Please see, the attachment. It has some extra details.
Thanks
